The park is enclosed with fence. They lock gates at closing.
Park hours are 8 AM to 10 PM
You can stay there as long as you like. From the time the park opens til the time the park closes. I dont think anyone will kick you out.

It's a small Park it's not that big it's nice to walk and just look at people there's people fishing there also and just a nice pleasant little Park if that's what you looking for
As long as the park is open, you can hang out
