ToT is an upscale steakhouse & seafood restaurant with fine wine selections. Best to try a more casual steakhouse like Saltgrass. Or Lupe Tortilla (great beef or chicken fajitas, carne asada) with plenty of outdoor seating.

I would contact them to see. they do not have a patio as far as I know.
