Will they take my motor out and rebuild it or do I need to just send a motor?

I sent then a motor to rebuild after 3000 miles developed a leak . Which I installed sent me an Tex message, had to have the motor back to him in same way and shape.No help to find the leak. Still burning oil after 10,000 miles.
