When is the approximately best day or days during the week and/or hourly where there is the least amount of crowd there to take a photo? (When there's sun out)

I would say early morning. I haven't been at that time, but my friends say the strip is less busy in the early a.m. hours.

Early in the morning is the best time. The waiting time during the day is -/+ 20 minutes

Anytime but I rather that at the sunset, mainly when you in a high position ( try Stratosphere tower)
