I just came back One week ago. From Delano. NO pool was open.
Should be. There was at least one open in January when I was there. I don't know if all of them are open in April though.

I read this is a pet friendly hotel, and my question is does this mean pets have or can stay in any of your rooms? I'm allergic and don't want to be in a room a pet has stayed in, regardless of how well the hotel thinks they have cleaned the hotel.
