I read this is a pet friendly hotel, and my question is does this mean pets have or can stay in any of your rooms? I'm allergic and don't want to be in a room a pet has stayed in, regardless of how well the hotel thinks they have cleaned the hotel.

Only specific rooms are allowed to have pets. The majority of the rooms in Delano are pet free. Request a room that is NOT pet friendly.

There are pet friendly rooms. Just like smoke and smoke free floors. Its the same concept but for pets.

They have specific pet friendly hotel rooms. Not all the rooms. You may request rooms on a floor away from the pet rooms and they will accomodate you.

Id call to make sure but when I was there I went up elevator a couple times with guests and their dogs on a leash.

I would call and inquire of the policy. Im sure they can accommodate guest with allergies. I did not see any evidence of pets while I stayed there. But that does not mean they do not allow.

I understand. However. I think you should inform the front desk and explain your situation. I'm sure they can accommodate you.

If it's not 100% capacity, they're very accommodating with request to move as well. As everyone has said, they have pet friendly rooms and I was unfortunately next to a very anxious dog. I got moved from that room up about twenty floors and to a strip facing room just by asking. Just talk to someone and make sure they know.
