The lost and found is located at the South Strip Transfer Terminal. I don't have an exact address but I can tell you that you have to take the SDX or 109 routes and ride them to the very end of the line. I believe they're open until 1900. It will be at the security desk and have your item at the ready. There are no guarantees that your phone will be there but it will likely end up there.
