I’m a Shepherd student and I’m having a great experience there. The teacher and all the team is very nice. Israel is a great person that is there to help us and I just have good things to say about the school. Feel free to improve your English or start at beginner (like me ☺️) they have everything for you.

Had a test booked today. I took the day off work, paid for child care, drove all the way over there. Went up to the building and there was a closed sign they are testing their fire alarms. They sent no email l, no phone call, I knocked on the door and got a shoulder shrug from the bald guy with a long beard. This place does not respect their customers time or money. People do not get infinite vacation time and I had to pay a babysitter for my children and they could not be bothered to tell me they were closed or schedule their fire alarms for a day or time without people testing. This place deserves to go out of business. I am here 46 minutes after my test was scheduled and still have no phone call or email from them to tell me my test was not happening. I will be telling everyone I go to college with and work with and I ask everyone else to do the same. If you can book your test anywhere else do so.
