I got some commuter checks in the mail from my job and don't know how to use them to get a bus pass please if anyone can help id appreciate so much thank you

I've never heard of "commuter checks." I agree with checking with the people at the Customer Service windows at BTC. If they don't have the answers immediately they are the first point of contact and can get the information you need. Try going at least an hour before closing, which is 5:45 pm every day to give them adequate time for the hunt. Good luck.
