We had a late Saturday tasting, ended at 10:30pm and they pretty much locked up as we left.
Not 100% sure, the only thing I can add is I went on a Thursday around 4 pm. Just call. The staff there were so nice from the door to the lounge, to the retail and gift shop. They will happily tell you.
I believe 1:30 in the afternoon til 10pm
I think it's just Friday, sat and Sunday nights
