New too area, is the big area still under maintenance?

The big area is still growing new grass. But the other 4 areas are still open

Yes...The big area is stll closed but there's 3 big dog pens open and a small doggy pen open for dmall dogs...

This park is somewhat under construction .but still available for Parking and dogs to play ..hope this is helpful ..
