We apologize for any delay in receiving your service. With walk-in X-Ray, patients are seen in order of check-in. Patients with exams that require appointment are seen according to their scheduled time. We do our best to see patients at scheduled times, however occasionally exams may take longer than anticipated causing a longer wait time. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.
You know you posted this as a question not a review? I had to go get a chest x-ray a couple of weeks ago and was in and out in about an hour with a lobby full of people. Wife had a scan last week with only a few people in the lobby we were out in under 30 minutes. Sorry you had a bad experience.
