Not too sure do to age could be more restricted depending on health, if you have A.A.A. try and call them for information.
You should make an appointment to come in as soon as you can. Nothing other than your license is required if you renew in person. You may be eligible for mail renewal but that requires a doctor signature and eye exam. There is a link to appointments and a senior driver extension letter on the the home page at dmvnv.com. The letter gives you a year but don't put it off. See also GetRealNevada.com to see if a Real ID is right for you. That does require documentation.
They should be sending you a letter soon to renew it online if you are eligible. If not eligible the letter will tell you what to do next.
