If it's electronic, you will get a clear title mailed to you. If you received a paper title, you have to submit it to the DMV to have the lienholder removed.
It depends on if it's an electronic lein title or a paper title. if it's electronic you don't have to do anything but make sure that the lien holder has your correct address. They will notify the DMV. If it's paper the title must be signed by them and sent back to you and you can take it to the DMV
