Must provide your own car and it has to be in DMV approved condition. Horn must work, blinkers must work, and seatbelts..etc.
Niya is correct. The car also has to have current registration and insurance. You can't use a rental car. If you don't know anyone, you can call driving schools. Some will let you use their car.
