You can only book it online thru their system. It does work well tho once you get to it. You can access it from the Sprint website under Repair
From what I understand there is an issue with the cue system when trying to do appointments with anybody coming in or calling over the phone it's actually easier to go to the Sprint website and search for the store near you and usually underneath the store address and information there's a blue link that says schedule an appointment
