Appointments are great so you won't hang around too much, but still a bit of wait. Sam is polite, knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. He'll do the best to get you all the perks available at the time you're there.
Great Store. Very helpful people. I don't believe they take appointments, you just go in and sign in to speak with a rep.
Just go in and sign at the store hours they are very helpfull.
