T Mobile has failed to resolve a fraud account opened with my social security number. It was reported on 7/24. The Federal Trade Commision is involved, but T- Mobile continues to pass the buck when it comes to closing the account. TMobile has wonderful in store support, cell service and internet but as you go up the chain they fail!

Very long wait times. Customer service could be much better. Store definately needs a renovation.

These guys are legitimately, THE best tmobile store I've been in. I'm usually skeptical of tmobile stores, but the staff is very professional. They work much faster than every store I've been in. They disassembled and dried out my phone on site , FREE of charge. The staff really takes care of the customers, Instead of trying to push new equipment for profit.

Appointments are great so you won't hang around too much, but still a bit of wait. Sam is polite, knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. He'll do the best to get you all the perks available at the time you're there.
Google's music app
You can only book it online thru their system. It does work well tho once you get to it. You can access it from the Sprint website under Repair
