Is that true , no renters just byers...please answer ..I would like to bye or rent....one or two bed rentals
As far as sales go, there are usually modulars for sale, but I am commenting on the question of rentals. As far as I know, they no longer allow renters. You cannot rent, only owners of the modular are allowed to reside. Mgmt can give you better details on that policy if in fact it is policy.
