My grandpa has lived in this park for over 10 years and could not be more happy living here. It is a small family owned park where the owners treat the residents like family. It is a very safe and quaint park that the owners maintain very well, And any problems that arise or quickly addressed and resolved. I’m blessed to have found this park and make this my grandpa’s forever home.

Clean quiet and friendly Senior park. Security 24/7. Park owner very nice and, available on site. Mail box area is clean, with book box library and, nice patio table and chairs to relax and visit with friends/ neighbors or, read quietly if you prefer. Love the location of this park! Right in the heart of Riverbank! Stores/ restaurants directly across and next door to park. If one does not drive, no problem here. Grocery stores, fast food, and drug stores are within walking distance. Very impressed with this park while visiting a friend.

My first impression is that it's a nice, small park for over 55 residents. It's very clean and well maintained. The surrounding neighborhood is full of new shopping centers. I hope to be moving in very soon.

We do not have any homes for sake at this time. We have a 3/2 coming up for rent at $1500 per month next month.

Dogs are allowed, but I believe the size is 30 pounds or smaller. Also the Park is for adults 55 and older. And you have to purchase a home to live here.
Sorry I dont really know. I only visited distant relatives. Would be best to inquire. I understand it has been the same owners since the beginning.
