Effective January 2018, there is a new owner. They will do everything they can to cater to dietary restriction but there could never be a 100% certainty. The fryers, in particular, are not gluten free by the volume of food made and the customer request for food sensitivity prep restriction is low. It never hurts to call ahead when visiting to request a particular food preparation for sensitivities.
Unfortunately with all the things that need to go through the fryers, they are not. We sanitize areas for prep thoroughly when preparing gluten free meals. Guests can also stress the level of gluten intolerance when making orders.
