Got sick from eating the food. Pretty sure someone sneezed or excremented their fluids onto my big Mac or cheeseburgers. I've had flu like symptoms for 4 days now since eating there.

Ate inside for the first time since covid/ renovation. Can’t believe how bad the food was along with no drink or ketchup station or napkins. Service wasn’t great either wanted to pay with cash but the kiosk doesn’t except cash so you get snotty kids that don’t wanna ring you up.

Every year it seems the service gets worse and worse. RARELY will my order be correct. Tonight I ordered one meal, and asked for ONLY onions on the burger and what I got was ALL the toppings EXCEPT for onions… Also, their customer service is horrible. I paid for my meal and when the employee was heading back my card rudely said, “we ain’t got no receipt paper so can’t help you there.” Then slid the window shut. Now, I understand that happens but how about a better, more professional way to talk to your customers like ,”I apologize but our receipt machine is not working right now.” Don’t talk to your customers like you would your friend, have some professionalism.

Took FOREVER to get my order once I paid. Than when I opened it up at home it was pretty much just thrown in the bun. I understand the raise in prices but if you're going to charge $10. for a meal maybe try a little harder. Also the employees acted like they'd rather be anywhere else. Although it's close to home ... I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
