I have Celiac Disease which means strict gluten free diet for me. I miss Italian food. There are so many good gluten free pastas and non-pasta dishes. Does this restaurant have options that are strictly gluten free?
I'm sure if you specify to the server they could fix you up with some nice gluten free choices! They have all kinds of proteins and veggies!! You CERTAINLY don't have to eat pasta!

Not specifically but they are usually exceptionally accommodating to requests for menu alterations and requests.
