They had beer and food stands set up to either side of the stage.
Yes, they do sell beer and liquor at the White River State Park. Although I dont know why anyone would want to spoil a perfectly good concert by chillin with a beer😉 The Summer Shandy comes in 24oz cans which is always great! There is some pretty good food vendors as well. I recommend the the barbeque chicken pizza and breadstick combo.
