No place to swim, and I'm pretty sure you don't want to put your feet in the canal. Not sure how sanitary that water is.
There is not a place to swim around here. I suppose if you really watned to sit on the edge of the canal you could, but I've never seen anyone do it before. I would recommend going out to either the Giest or Eagle Creek Reservoirs for swimming.
You could go to the natatorium
