Good question, but probably best to check with your local food bank. OFH serves foodbanks in 28 counties so food banks they serve usually work with those wishing to use food bank. But, best thing is to just call OFH to find out which food banks they serve...they probably know if there is a fee. At least that is what I would do.

I don't know. Good question. I've picked up food from OFH for the senior citizens center. You'll have to call them.
