Bought a Ruger SP101 from them on GunBroker on the night of 7/12/22. Completely sold, money out of my account and in their hands. They called me on the morning of 7/13/22 and said they sold the gun in store YESTERDAY (early morning on 7/12/22), and could no longer ship it to me. Yikes! Someone forgot to do the most important thing when you have something on auction AND in store - pull the bid! When I worked at a gun store, GunBroker, ProXBid, and auction items in general were NOT in the storefront, sort of a good faith thing, as to not have stuff like this happen… and if they were (back when we had limited space), we would give them special tags, put them in a special cabinet, and also double checked to make sure we pulled the listing before a purchase in store… again… so stuff like this doesn’t happen… Okay, I can deal with that it was sold in store, stuff happens (never at the shop I worked at), but I need a refund or an equivalent item. It’s 7/14/22 and they still have my payment and haven’t given me a refund. Give me my money back so I can go to a reputable dealer. I’m out a gun, money, and most importantly time I could be using to buy a different gun - this is silly! (Two stars instead of one because Matthew/Brian were pretty nice over the phone even though I was not happy)

Firstly, omg they have a bunch of cool stuff! Lol So, I'm a big dude with a bad back. I simply cannot walk far anymore. I called ahead and checked if they have chairs. They did, so I went to their store. I had only arrived a short while and they brought me a chair. I proceeded to use their kiosk while a gentleman helped me, as that was the main reason for my visit. It was during this time that something happened that all big people fear...The chair broke. I became instantly embarrassed and apologized profusely. There wasn't a snicker, a laugh or a giggle, just a very professional staff that assured me it was no big deal as they have more chairs. I was able to complete the task that sent me there without any negative vibes from the staff. They are all truly wonderful people and will forever have this big dudes recommendation.

I’m not from the area but I have been spending lots of time there. This is one of the best shops I’ve been to in town. Friendly and talkative help. Treated me like customers like to be treated. Even through in a little small talk. Wide selection of AR parts and accessories. Lots of ammo at fair prices. Great show room. Really can’t tell you about there guns because I was to busy looking at parts and ammo. Can’t wait to go back.
