Why can’t you call the location? For people who work and are trying to help others or those that have trouble with mental illness, calling and talking to a person is a vital step in communication.

They have multiple locations. When you call the 855 number they redirect you to the location nearest to you.

When you call the 800 number they transfer you to the location your trying to reach. They have multiple locations.
