Yes, there's a pendulum in the State Museum.

The pendulum was at the old State Museum. I do not know if it was moved. But I think so.

The clock outside was not functional when I was there a while back. Someone there said it had not been repaired due lack of funds. The clock I am speaking of is outside the rear entrance facing the water. I posted a few pictures of it.
