A decent amount of the reviews online mention that, as buyers, they had to secure financing themselves...is that still the case or has the dealership established relationships with banks/lenders or started to offer “in-house” financing?

We have about a dozen different lenders we work with. Depending on where you live, the age of the car your buying and your credit score we can recommend what option makes the most since for you. Depending on the bank we can initiate your loan like most dealers but it is always better off if you go to the branch and initiate yourself. The ones we work with can usually have you turned around in less than a day and will save you the typical 1-2% dealer markup you pay when doing dealer direct financing.

As of last March, we had to secure financing ourselves.
