Car-Mart of Winchester provided me with the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever had. From filing out the online pre-approval documents online the night before to driving off the lot, in total less than 3 hours. Whereas it is usually an all-day event! Every employee at the dealership on 9/30/2022 was phenomenal! The entire staff was so nice. My Sales Associate Jakob Kiser was the absolute best! Jakob had the most pleasant demeanor and went out of his way to communicate all options available to me. I cannot sing his praises enough, he is awesome. Jeannie Gorman also, made sure that I was aware of all the benefits and perks that came along with the car. All of the cars on the lot were nice and fairly priced. I LOVE my car. The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
