Update: From my original post now, in 2020, the staff is all different, the owner doesn’t care about issues and/or problems and the last time I took a friend there to phrase an automobile I was embarrassed. The sales manager was so pushy that my friend Danny Fields got up and walked out he then went to Nicholasville Kentucky and purchased an automobile from the Chevrolet dealership there. Their online staff is absolutely horrible. 2016: This was far better than the service we received at Jack Burford Chevrolet in Richmond, KY so we drove about 30 miles to Rod Hatfield Chevrolet in Lexington, KY and the service was exceptional. The Service Manager came and personally introduced himself as did the Finance Manager before we even committed to purchase an automobile while our Sales Associate was getting additional information for us.
