Buying experience was great but, after that dealing with the service department has been horrible. We bought the car in May 2022 with about 2,000 miles on it and was told that since it was Honda certified we would get 2 free oil changes within a year. The car had full synthetic oil in when we purchased it so, oil changes needed to be done every 7,500 miles to 15,000 miles. The car indicated that it needed an oil change and was taken in with about 10,000 miles on it. The next time my husband scheduled an oil change and took the car in he was told the second oil change was not complimentary because he was over 12,000 miles. No one ever said anything about 12,000 miles, we were told it was to be in the first year. We only had the car for 5 1/2 months. It was sad my husband had worked a 12 hour shift and then, drove over there to get the oil changed before coming home and had to deal with that. Especially, since he asked before he took the car in if the oil change was covered and was told that it was. I called and spoke with the service manager who was very condescending and extremely rude. Needless to say over an oil change and the attitudes in their service department this dealership will lose any future purchases both service as well as automobile from us as well as any of our friends, and family.
