I have been an at&t customer for well over six years and this location just changed management. New management tricked me when i went in to adjust my plans to get something cheaper and added an extra line to my plan i never knew about. This ended up effectively doubling my bill. Furthermore as UK Employee/Student special promotional rates and discounts exist. but even when put on your account they don't actually do anything unless you have a special premium plan. When i tried to do anything about it i was run around the bush. they have been unhelpful and at times rude. Please don't use this store.

Excellent representatives! Assisted us in preordering the IPhone 14 Pro and answered all our questions about the accessories that were compatible. Very friendly and easy to work with. Enjoyable experience unlike many of the visits to AT&T stores.

My Android LG6 is using battery fast. Is this because battery is going bad. How much is a battery for LG6. It was fine until about 2 weeks ago and now the battery drains a lot faster. I have restarted the phone and tried to get rid of unwanted Apps.

Battery could be defective. Try to stop by an at&t store and see if they can hookup your phone to their test device and go from there. If a new battery is needed, I would recommend contacting LG directly first to see if they could send you one. Also you might be able to get it cheaper through Amazon or eBay if you can't get free replacement through LG or at&t!
