Drove thru this evening. Lights including large Taco Bell and menu sign off. 3 employees standing inside. Attempted contact. No one answered. It’s legit 1030 on a Saturday. Attempted 2nd contact and they blamed the lack of lights on the mayflies. Not sure what the 20ft sign and mayflies being off has to do with being able to Order.

Clean and updated location, but very clearly short-staffed. Staff was focusing on the drive-thru, likely assuming that dine-in guests would use the kiosk to order, which left guests sitting at the register wondering what was going on. Waited a very long time for the food that we ordered on the kiosk. Food was fine, clearly made in a hurry becuase the cheese was not melted all the way. But it was good. They were trying. Just not enough man power.

Always a race to eat crunchy tacos before they get soggy; but here, the taco meat was like soup, so there was no winning that race. In fact, by the time I got to taco #4 the *entire* shell was soggy.

The time through the drive through was quick and i did not wait for more than like 2 minutes my whole time between orsering food and getting it. The food was hot and made the exact way i ordered it. Was delicious. I got the new ranch flaming hot cheesy gordita crunch with chicken instead of the beef and it was awesome.
