On 8/26/19 I placed an order and it wasn't filled correctly due to food being burnt. I was told I would get my money back, and my money has NOT been returned yet as of 9/4/2019 Can this be corrected?

Go to Taco John in person and get your móney or a free meal. My past experience has always been góod Also I would call talk with management and let them know what happened and what you want to do.
