Call the office and give them your email and they will email you a code and a web portal address, go to the site from the email and register. It is that easy. Save the web address so you can go back and do the paperwork before each appointment. Hope this was helpful.
Actually you don't have to email anything! All you have to do is call their office (or in person when you go to your next appointment) to register your email address with them and they'll give you a code and web portal address. Then you go to the web portal, register and "presto" you're all set! It's a breeze and super convenient after you complete the initial registration process!
