People I know have to be out by Thursday afternoon and can't take there dogs..?! What can they do to keep the dogs safe cause they have no where to go so dogs will be homeless as well...?

The Ohio pet Sanctuary does not take dogs. Why don't you try The Peppermint Pig? It's very close by.
