Why did I have to return three times to this store because the manager(Monisha) was making up stuff to keep from having me return a pocket book.

I've taken things back after the 30days with no problem. No money back but who cares. They give store credit and since l shop there alot, it's just fine for me. Great mdse and prices!

Take it and the receipt to another store and tell them what happened.

Wow, sorry u had that experience. I've taken items back several times with receipts and never had issues. If u had receipt and returned on time it shouldn't be a problem.
