I walked in looking for plus size women's clothes. Specifically, short sleeved shirts and dressy shorts that were comfortable. I understand in October, that is not the easiest thing to find. I went to the rack with the plus size sign above it and the racks have so many items that obviously were not even close to my size, I looked at the next rack and there were a few sweaters that might fit. But there appeared to be no pattern to how things were arranged. I just left. Goodwill is in easier to shop in than this store.

I enjoyed my experience until it was time to checkout. The line was about 20ft long and I was in excruciating pain from different problems that make it hard to get around, so there was no way I could have stood in the line. I found a bench and sat there to get my bearings back and wait for the line to die down. An associate had the nerve to tell me the furniture isn't for lounging right before I was going to check on the line. So I left. Didn't purchase one item. There was no need for the associate to be so rude, if there hadn't been a long line I would have just checked out and sat in my van. No compassion for someone that is disabled and just needed a few minutes to rest.
