What a cool place to shop! They have a great selection of clothes, shoes, socks, jackets, etc. The style of clothing is unique and being able to buy in person and not rely on the website is awesome! The staff is always helpful and they often run sales on items. We enjoyed our visit.

Customer service was good, up until I came in with my back pack that is splitting and fraying at the shoulder straps and the back of the bag. They told me it looked like more wear and tear than actual defects, when the one shoulder straps seam is visibly tearing away from the back of the bag, and the other one is starting to do the same. The bag itself is about 5-6 years old, I do understand over time wear and tear happens but when the seams are starting to split away that’s more than wear and tear to me.
