Mix of new and old. New Wii console comes with Wii sports, used may not.
From what i remember, Game Cycle only sells used consoles, games and movies - nothing new.

If you buy a wii from game cycle it will be used. You will have to buy the wii sports separately
When bought new yes. Used im not sure but it is sold for $1-2.
