For people who recently moved in here. Did they ask you for a move in fee before you actually saw the unit you were moving in to? All I saw was a "model home" and have not seen the actual unit I signed up for. Just looking for clarification.

That is false! They have 3 different options. Base, Upgraded, and Remodeled (or renovated). They DONT have a model of the base to show you! Only upgraded and the best one. I didn’t know this and the one I rented was the base model. The appliances are so old and the apartment is like falling apart.

How the model units look is exactly how the actual unit looks, you do have to pay the move in fee before receiving keys
