The maintenance tram has always been good. However, since the new management has taken over it’s gone down hill. Adding a parking pass for the complex when there are less cars parked then last year. Rent has also gone up significantly since the management has taken over.

Paying for a balcony I don't have. Washing/Drying machines break all the time so I have to swipe my card full price a second time just to get dry clothes. Water gets randomly turned off almost monthly. Hallway outside my place smells like a wet dog rolling in trash. I have no plans to renew, I'd end my lease early if it didn't have so many fees. 3 years is enough

Maintenance team is great! Ricky and new tech J came to fix the kitchen sink and did an amazing job. Great customer service, attitude, polite, respectful and great job fixing the issue. Left everything super clean under the sink. Building 546 Gregory Blvd.

Yes. Police patrol, we have security. I feel safe here at night by myself. Even out walking my dog I'm usually only looking out for animals
That is false! They have 3 different options. Base, Upgraded, and Remodeled (or renovated). They DONT have a model of the base to show you! Only upgraded and the best one. I didn’t know this and the one I rented was the base model. The appliances are so old and the apartment is like falling apart.

because it's not a deposit. When you move out, you won't get it back. Its a move in fee. I like that better, I don't want to fight them for a deposit if I had to
They tried to get me to sign before seeing my unit. I insisted and she gave in. She wasn't happy, though. She unlocked the door and waited outside for me. And boy was she unfriendly!!
A knob on the baseboard in the living room on which all the numbers have been rubbed off, so you really have no clue how hot or cool you have it set.
