A young person just got his driver's license after testing at Arden Hills But Arden Hills was closing so he couldn't get his Picture taken can I go anywhere to get his picture taken or less I have to go back to Arden Hills

I would suggest calling though. They might require an appointment, or be able to squeeze you in at a certain time. But you won't want to go and wait in line only to be turned away.
