Yes! You have to make an appointment through our city License Bureau page. Super easy! Currently, due to the peacetime emergency, all driver's licenses that expired from the time that the executive order went in place in March, to the present are extended until October 31, 2020.
Fill application on line and make an appointment. Once in it takes 15 mins to complete and walkout.
