I have a huge dilemma I was robbed I don't have any other information. I don't my birth certificate because I was born else where. I have a temp is card I haven't received the real one yet. I need a replacement card and no one will help me

You need to wait for your real ID card and need to get you birth certificate copy or passport or any official ID

If and when you apply for benefits they will ask for birth certificate or baptism certificate so you should start looking for or asking someone from the elsewhere you mentioned to try to get those very important papers. Good luck with your quest.

You need your police report to of you being robbed try using your temp card and a police report for a social security card first. then go to a currency exchange and apply for your birth certificate
