I agree. I'd let a manager know you weren't happy with the service you received. They're usually very concerned with service. I used to be a very regular customer here but after seeing countless excellent staff members lose their jobs to poor management I will say I'd temper my expectations. I no longer go here because they ruined it for me and after sitting through one last dreadful experience at the bar I decided I was done.
Take it up the ladder,wildfire is usually concerned about customer service complaints!!!
