Visited MedExpress at dinner time on a Friday. Understood completely, despite my little one’s discomfort, that there would be a wait. Waited less then an hour. Had a friendly man check vitals. And a wonderful doctor who eased my son’s stress and fear of being at a clinic. Needing Urgent Care services is never ideal, but our experience here was made as good as possible.

Three hours waiting for pre employment drug screening, which would take 5 minutes in any place that accepts appointments. Here, you wait in line with all the patients that need urgent care so even a handful people ahead of your could mean hours and hours waiting. I will never again go here and waste away half a workday just to pee in a cup!

I was seen quickly. Covid 19 tested positive at home. I asked for Paxlovid. Was given it without any warning that the side effects were dreadful. I contacted my own doctor and he said Paxlovid was only tested on age 65+ and those who were NOT boosted. He further said they do NOT prescribe it unless the patient insists and with warning. I took it for 2 does and was very sick with horrible nausea, aches and a coated tongue that was brown and caused a terrible taste. My sister also got Paxlovid and she nearly choked to death on her own vomit. We both ended our doses and were immediately better. I’d recommend not taking Paxlovid unless you have to. It’s not a good drug. I should have been warned!!

4 of 5 stars due to previous experience. We were told to come back with other kids(regardless of 30 minute drive one way.) When we returned, they weren't going to see us as they were "at capacity." I asked them to talk to the provider and they ended up letting us in. So ended well. FYI.. Google hours say they are open Sunday but they are not. 😊 See photo attached.
