Hello, Does this store sell miso paste, fresh udon noodles, soba noodles, plain seaweed and sushi rice. If not does anyone know where to buy Japanese style food?

Yes it does, ive found UN to be the largest selection of any asian grocer in the area

Yeah the fresh udon and miso paste is in the refrigerated section on the left side of the building from where you walk in. Seaweed is in a nook to the right past the Korean shelves. Rice is along the back wall, far back in the right side of the building. I buy kagayaki select short grain white Rice - it makes FANTASTIC sushi rice. Don't know about fresh soba but they have a wide selection of dried soba... can't quite remember where though. Awesome store for Japanese ingredients and lots more!
